Adam Howell, founder of Grow Advertising

Adam Howell is a Canadian entrepreneur based in Dubai. Born on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, he spent a decade in the Canadian oilfield before selling his possessions at thirty, travelling, and studying entrepreneurship. He co-founded Teleforce, a mobile subscription affiliate marketing company, in 2013, and left in 2014 to launch Unacell, which created more than 75 products in six languages and reached over 100 million impressions and one million clicks a day with some of the world's largest affiliate networks.

In 2014 he also created DopeCoin, an early cryptocurrency covered by Fox Business, HuffPost and PC Mag. He relaunched it in January 2017 and built a set of companies around it: The Smoke Exchange, an advertising exchange that took payment in crypto, and Crypto Billings, a zero-fee, non-custodial payment gateway launched in December 2017. The Smoke Exchange grew into Grow Advertising in 2018, the self-serve exchange for every legal industry that mainstream platforms restrict, with Crypto Billings as its built-in crypto gateway. Kevin Harrington, an original Shark on ABC's Shark Tank, presented the platform on film.

In 2021 he founded SuperDoge, a charity token on BNB Chain that donated more than $150,000 in its first 72 hours and was covered by Bloomberg and CNBC. He is currently building Web3 infrastructure for institutional digital-asset flows under the UAE's VARA and ADGM frameworks.
